When we met up with Melissa Govedarica of Sergio & Banks at one of Noah Properties’ latest developments, a 3-flat and two 5-flats in at 2215-23 W Wabansia St in Bucktown, the project was sold out, with most of the units already occupied and workers were putting the finishing touches on the remaining ones.
