My spouse and I are FOREVER grateful that Phyllis Bisceglie is our real estate agent! She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients see and feel their importance to her. Because Prospect Place is still under construction, Phyllis scheduled my spouse and me for an on-site tour of the model apartments on the 2nd floor. Phyllis’ compassion during the on-site tour was overwhelming! Because my spouse depended on a cane to walk and the elevator was not working, we would be the last of the several touring clients to get to the stairs and walk up to the 2nd floor model apartments. So, instead of Phyllis leading the tour, she showed the other clients how to get to the stairs and told them she would meet them on the 2nd floor. Then she walked with me and my spouse through the construction and safely up the stairs to the 2nd floor. During the tour, Phyllis went above and beyond to make sure she was available to ALL her touring clients to answer any questions and to address any concerns. After she answered all our questions, we told her we wanted to apply for a one-bedroom apartment. When the tour ended, Phyllis was right there with us to help make sure my spouse’s walk going down the stairs and through the construction would be safe.
