Looking for a great agent? Look no further. Paulina is 11/10,simply wonderful. If you’re anything like me and have no clue what you want and where to start, she is your girl. I’m one of the most undecided and procrastinating people there is and she was able to help me find a place in an unbelievably short period of time. Before I decided on Paulina to be my agent, I have met with 2 different people who were said to be experienced and great. Neither of them took a personal interest in me, they assumed I should know what I want and didn’t really follow up until weeks later. From day one, Paulina kept asking questions in order to figure out what will work for me.
She understood that I’ve lived most of my life in one neighborhood and didn’t pressure me into telling her exactly where I want to buy. Instead she showed me a few different areas, asked me how far I was willing to travel for work etc. She never made me feel like l’m being rushed to make a purchase. She worked with the budget I gave her, but also made recommendations on places above what I thought I wanted to spend so I could make an informed decision if I want to increase my budget. She was able to work around my schedule which I believed to be the biggest problem, since I’m always working. She kept following up every single dav, made sure I don’t miss an opportunity because the market was really hot and anything worth buying sold immediately. It felt like I was out shopping with a friend. She was always looking out for me and my best interest. If she found anything wrong with a place, she would tell me immediately and pointed out what she liked about it. It helped me realize what I wanted and that sometimes it makes more sense to spend a bit more to get exactly what you want. If not for Paulina I would probably still leave at my parents’ house, but instead I’m a proud condo owner. I’m so grateful for her patience with me and for holding my hand through the whole process. If I’m ever in a market for a new home, she’ll be on my speed-dial.
