Lincoln Park Conservatory’s Spring Flower Show will continue through May 8th. The hours of operation are Monday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for residents who live in Chicago. The Conservatory is located at 2391 Nort Stockton Drive in Lincoln Park. This free annual flower show shares the beauty of spring with Chicago home owners and residents. More than 3,000 flowers will be in bloom in the greenhouses, even when the air is still quite chilly outside. Rare direct descendents of the great Azaleas from the World’s Columbian Exposition of 1893 will be showcased, along with a fantastic collection of other plants including spring flowering annuals and other flowering perennials.
Free parking and admission are both available for this event. The flower show is also being held at Garfield Park Conservatory, and their Wednesday night hours are extended until 9 p.m. Famillies are welcome to attend both the Garfield and Lincoln Park Conservatory’s Spring Flower Show.
