Lollapalooza By Your Chicago Home

Lollapalooza is coming to Grant Park this weekend for a festival of music from August 5th through 7th. Over 130 bands will be showcased at this event covering 115 acres, near your Chicago home! Although music is of course the focus of the festival, video and food and drink lounges, giveaways, games, a playground, the Playstation Loft, photo and autograph opportunities, a farmers market, and even “Green Street” an environmental experience, will leave you with plenty of other activities to explore. Lollapalooza is celebrating its 20th year and will be having Kidzapalooza this year. It’s the place to be if you live in Chicago! This mini festival within a festival occurs between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. each day of the event, to allow for full family participation.
