More than 5,000 people in the Good Food Movement are expected to attend the 10th annual Good Food Festival & Conference: Local farmers, artisanal food producers, wholesale buyers, food economy investors, national thought leaders and policy experts, seven James Beard chefs, writers and nominees, DIY workshop specialists, and health- and values-oriented consumers.
The Good Food Festival & Conference presents three action-packed days of fun and educational opportunities. For Good Food Enthusiasts there will be DIY workshops, to tastings from artisan food vendors, and Good Food community building at the Good Food Festival and Localicious Party!
Farmers, Industry, School Food, and Policy Stakeholders can come to learn about growing a business, serving local food in schools, and Good Food policy at the Trade, School Food, and Food Policy Day. If you’re a Farmer, Entrepreneur, or Investor interested in financing the Good Food Movement or getting your food business funded, you can attend the Good Food Financing Conference!
Saturday is an especially family-friendly day, featuring a host of inspiring speakers, DIY workshops, chef demos, an interactive Kids Corner, Good Food Court, and exhibitor floor, all designed to grow the Good Food Movement.
The Good Food Festival will be held at the UIC Forum, 725 West Roosevelt Road in Chicago. Ticket prices vary with activities and levels of participation.
