This weekend through Halloween, October 31st, is your last chance to trick or treat in the Navy Pier! If you live in Chicago, you know how fun this can be for the whole family. A special treat awaits you at Harry Caray’s Tavern, which is completely done up in the spirit of Halloween, with ghouls, goblins, spider webs and tombstones, and even offers fun activities for children.
Kids will enjoy Harry’s Halloween Scavenger Hunt where they get clues and use their best investigative skills to search Harry’s Wall of Fame and the Chicago Sports Museum in an an effort to discover photos of celebrities (many cartoon characters) and artifacts, including a jumpsuit from the movie Ghostbusters and a Super Bowl XX trophy. It’s a great place to be if you plan to venture from your Chicago home on Halloween.
Giant Pumpkin Cookies with colored frosting and candy can even be decorated for $3 a cookie while adults indulge with a spooktacular cocktail, like Harry’s Holy Cow! Staff will be dressed in costume, making the evening truly festive. For more information, click here.
