A seasoned agent with more than fifteen years experience in real estate, Cindy loves being downtown, in our Bucktown office for a variety of reasons. Having easy access to a lot of amazing properties and super close to our premier developer, Noah Properties, is one of those. However, Cindy also enjoys just being in the city! “I really like being downtown,” she reports. “There is good energy and people everywhere – a big potpourri – and the market has really picked up and been busy.”
Cindy also loves the character found in each Chicago home, from the brick house on the corner to the frame house two doors down. “I love the diversity,” said Cindy. A strong advocate for first time home buyers, Cindy feels that her strengths in making buyers feel comfortable and educating each about the home buying process, allow her to absorb the stress many feel when buying a new home, creating an enjoyable experience for each home buyer, particularly those that may be relocating.
Cindy believes that the key to helping people find homes in Chicago remains in helping people, showing lots of homes, and negotiating great deals for her clients to help them find the right home. Personally, she is highly motivated in all areas of her life and recently ran her first half-marathon, as a participant in Rock ‘n’ Roll Chicago and she feels that keeping her mind and body active plays a key role in her success as an agent.
