Explaining that great finishes, new construction and a fantastic price point were part of the draw for these Chicago properties such as the one found at Western, Govedarica was excited because she has even more “in the pipeline.”
Believing that her experience and detailed knowledge of all aspects, from market conditions to building material details from the seller and builder is part of secret behind the sale of these properties, Melissa shared her thoughts regarding these amazing sales. “I have had an eleven year relationship with the builder of Noah Properties and I believe in his abilities and his product,” she said. “Selling the properties also was a lot of hard work, from meeting with buyers to gain their trust since these properties are all pre-construction sales, meaning the properties all went under contract BEFORE the buyers could actually “see” them.”

Stating that buyers need good credit and a down payment, she explained that there are many current loan programs and while they may be strict, she believes the guidelines make sense.
