Views on Chicago Real Estate:
Gabriel Datcu believes that real estate will be on the rise, although foreclosures will continue to be seen for awhile. He recognizes that currently there are a lot of people who are buying in Chicago and that supply and demand will begin to stabilize. Gabriel also noted that there has always been a steady interest in certain neighborhoods in Chicago, such as Gold Coast and Wicker Park, and that the investor market is currently emerging once again.
